Sangareddy: In a tragic incident, a two-and-a-half-year-old boy died after being run over by a school bus at Siddapur Colony in Sadasivpet town on Tuesday.

Police said the boy, Efrahim, had come out of his house with his mother to receive his brother, who arrived on a school bus on Tuesday evening. He came under the wheels of the bus when the driver started the vehicle and moved forward.

The toddler died on the spot. The incident left the family in shock. They demanded action against the driver. The Sadasivpet police registered a case.
