Security guard among three held for stealing cash in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills police on Tuesday arrested three youngsters including the security guard of a bakery on charges of stealing Rs 7 lakh.
The arrested were identified as Sohidul Islam (23), Aleemuddin Shaik (23) and Asadul Ali (19), all natives of Assam.
Police said Islam, who worked as a security guard at a bakery on Jubilee Hills Road No 10, noticed his employer carrying cash with him and decided to steal it. He shared his plot with his friends Shaik and Ali, who agreed to help him. In the wee hours of February 18, Islam stole the cash from his employer’s cabin while the others stood guard outside.
The trio had plans to flee to Kolkata and spend the money. However, the police tracked their movements and caught them in a bus in Kolkata. They were brought to the city and produced before the court.
