Shivani Karra wins gold at Sub-junior National Aquatics Championship

Telangana swimmer Shivani Karra won gold in the girls 400m freestyle at the 42nd Sub-junior National Aquatics Championship in Jaipur. She clocked 4:38.47 seconds, finishing ahead of Kerala’s Indraany M Memon and Karnataka’s Idika Bhat

Hyderabad: Shivani Karra of Telangana clinched gold in the girls 400m freestyle of the 42nd Sub-junior National Aquatics Championship at Jaipur on Saturday.

Shivani clocked 4:38.47 seconds to clinch the honours, while Indraany M Memon of Kerala (4:40.18) and Idika Bhat of Karnataka (4:49.57) settled for silver and bronze, respectively.
