Six mechanical graduates of KITSW get jobs with good salary

Warangal: Six B.Tech. mechanical engineering final year students of the Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science Warangal (KITSW) have secured jobs in Jindal Steel Works (JSW) with a pay package of Rs 8 lakh per annum. They are AV Satya Ramanujacharyulu, JVS Hithesh, E Vamshidhar Reddy, G Sandeep, M. Karthik Yadav and K Neeraj, said KITSW Principal Prof K Ashoka Reddy.
In a press note here on Monday, the Principal added that the Training & Placement Office and Department of Mechanical Engineering had conducted the campus placement drive in virtual mode a couple of days ago.
Dean, T&P, Prof Y Purandar said that a number of companies are in the pipeline to conduct campus placements in the Core and IT sector, and suggested that the present B.Tech final year students should be prepared to face the interviews. “Practice on core fundamentals, logical and critical thinking, improve the latest technological skills for getting good placements,” he added.
