Srinu and Bindu win 800m titles at Osmania University athletics meet
K Srinu and K Bindu won the 800m events in boys and girls sections at the Osmania University inter-college athletics championship in Hyderabad. The meet also saw strong performances in shotput, long jump, discus, 5000m and relay events
Hyderabad: K Srinu of Government Degree College (Khairatabad) and K Bindu of Government Degree College (Hayathnagar) won the 800m events in the boys and girls sections of the Osmania University inter-college athletics championship at the OU athletics track here on Friday.
The results: Men:
800m: 1. K Srinu (GDC, Khairatabad) 1:57.39, 2. K Kiran (GCPE), 3. U Mahesh (GCPE).
