Hyderabad: The St. Andrew’s School in Marredpally organised a camp ‘Disconnect to Reconnect’ at its campus on Friday and Saturday with an aim of providing students with an overnight experience filled with adventure, camaraderie, and purposeful activities.

As part of the camp, the students were encouraged to step away from technology and immerse themselves in engaging games, team-building exercises, and meaningful interactions. During the evenings, the students gathered around to share stories, sing songs, and enjoy the ambience.

Students also embarked on an energising run on Necklace Road to symbolise the importance of physical and mental well-being and raised slogans like “Disconnect to Reconnect” and “Real Bonds Over Virtual Ties”.

The event was designed not only to provide recreation but also to instil valuable life lessons. From learning the importance of disconnecting from screens to appreciating the joy of real-world interactions, students left the camp enriched with memorable experiences, stated a press note.
