Swagruha Corporation to e-auction open plots in Kurmalguda, Thorrur, Bahadurpally

Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited will hold e-auctions for residential plots in Kurmalguda, Thorrur, and Bahadurpally from October 28 to 30. With upset prices ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per square yard, the auctions offer opportunities across three districts.

Hyderabad: Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited (TRSCL) is conducting e-auction of open plots at Kurmalguda, Thorrur in Rangareddy and Bahadurpally in Medchal-Malkajgiri districts from October 28 to 30.

There are 29 plots ranging from 200 to 300 square yards at Kurmalguda, and 120 plots ranging from 200 to 500 square yards at Thorrur in Rangareddy. The upset price for plots at Kurmalguda is Rs 20,000 per square yard and for those at Thorrur it is fixed as Rs 25,000 per square yard.

Similarly, the upset price for plots at Bahadurpally is Rs 27,000 per square yard and Rs 30,000 per square yard for corner plots. The minimum bid increment per yard is Rs 500.

The e-auction for Kurmalguda plots will be conducted from 11 am to 2 pm on Tuesday and for those at Bahadurpally, it will be conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm on the same day.

The auction for plots at Thorrur will be conducted in two sessions from 11 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm on Wednesday and Thursday.
