Justice Sridevi granted the interim bail to Allu Arjun and also granted interim bail to two others of the Sandhya theatre management. 

In response to the actor’s arrest, Revathi's husband, M Bhaskar, publicly stated that he was willing to withdraw the case. "I am ready to withdraw the case. The FIR (Crime No. 376/2024) was lodged following a complaint by the de-facto complainant, who accused overcrowding and suffocation caused by the surge of people in the theatre, leading to the death of his wife and injuries to his son. The complainant also claimed that the actor’s arrival at the venue around 9:40 pm worsened the situation, with his security staff allegedly pushing attendees.

The arrested are M Sandeep (37) partner at Sandhya theatre, M Nagaraju (51), manager and Gandhakam Vijay Chander (53), lower balcony incharge at the theatre.
