Despite a woman’s death in a stampede, the actor reportedly stayed in the cinema hall, leading the police to forcibly remove him, the Chief Minister alleged. In response to AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi’s comments in the Assembly, Reddy, referencing circulating videos, criticized Allu Arjun for holding a roadshow and waving at the crowd despite the overwhelming number of people.

Taking to X, formerly called Twitter, Varma wrote: “Every STAR should STRONGLY protest against @alluarjun ‘s ARREST because for any celebrity whether it’s a FILM STAR or a POLITICAL STAR , is it a crime for them to be ENORMOUSLY POPULAR???”

Taking to Instagram, the ‘Pushpa’ actress shared her stunning photos, accompanied by a note highlighting the effort and determination it takes to achieve perfection.

Earlier, the police had in the court argued and stated that they had asked the management to ask the actor not to attend the show. Now the letter was made public bringing a new twist in the story.

The incident took place while the actor was in prison, having been sent to 14-day judicial custody by a local court. Although the High Court had granted interim bail, he remained in prison overnight as the necessary bail formalities were not yet completed.

Ashwini Vaishnaw said that the mishap at Sandhya Theatre was a clear case of poor arrangements by the state and local administration.

As per available information, the prison authorities have told the actor’s legal team that they have not yet received the necessary bail documents from the court. Thus, delaying his release and also the bail documents which were initially submitted by the lawyers were not put in the correct format.

According to his own admission, Revanth Reddy directed the police to arrest a senior most official of the L&T, that operates the Hyderabad Metro Rail, after the latter went on record stating that the Congress government's decision to provide free travel for women in RTC buses in Telangana had impacted the occupancy of the Metro Rail leading to losses to the company.

Revanth Reddy sought to project a tough image of himself by maintaining that the constitution was the same for all people, arguing that the actor had not won any war for India but made money through movies.
