In the wake of the unfortunate incident where stray dogs mauled a 4-year-old to death in Hyderabad, netizens on Twitter are divided with some finding the strays at fault and others defending them.
A team of AWCS led by Santoshi had visited Bidar on Wednesday at 3 am after two and half hours of travel from Ameenpur and they brought the dog to Hyderabad for treatment.
