Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Tuesday deposited Rs.560.73 crore under Jagananna Thodu scheme to benefit 5,10,412 small and marginal traders and artisans with interest-free loans through banks.
Featuring over 30 different craft-groups, weavers, designers, artists and more, the exhibition - Vastrabhushana - has some unique stalls from various states.
About 65 per cent of these sellers during the sale, hosted from January 20-23, were from non-metro cities like Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh, Tinsukia in Assam, Medak in Telangana, and Rajsamand in Rajasthan.
The commerce ministry is holding stakeholder consultations for the formulation the next foreign trade policy (FTP) for five years (2020-25). It is expected to be rolled out in April.
