Accuses Congress government of focusing on Miss World pageant while farmers were suffering across the State

On Wednesday alone, Rs.474 crore was credited to the bank account of 32,558 farmers in AP, according to official sources.

As per instructions of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, the paddy, which got wet due to unseasonal rains, would be purchased from the farmers

Ravinder Rao visited the procurement centres in Yellareddypet and Sircilla mandals to assess the procurement of farm produce during the lockdown period

"Already, instructions have been issued to all district Collectors in this regard," the Agriculture Minister said
