BRS leader T. Harish Rao criticised the Congress-led Telangana government for failing to control a diarrhoea outbreak in Demikalan village, Kamareddy. Blaming contaminated water and poor sanitation, Rao highlighted the deaths of two villagers and demanded the immediate declaration of a medical emergency.
