The arrested individuals are Syed Sayeed Hussain alias Lamba (39), Ameer Khan (31), Farooq Khan (27), Mohd Ghouse (40), and Mohd Azam Khan (27), all residents of Nawab Sahab Kunta. The gang was apprehended by a special team from the Hyderabad Detective Department after receiving a tip-off from informants.
The Gummadidala police also seized 930 grams of dry ganja from his possession. According to a police, the accused person Bupendar Sharma (24) of Bihar, had migrated to Sangareddy some six years ago in search of livelihood.

The driver Mohammed Sharif of Zahirabad was hired by a ganja smuggler Yusuf Sahid Khan of Mumbai to transport ganja from Odisha to Humnabad in Karnataka.
Atmakuru Inspector Ravi Raju handed over the PD Act order to Swamy, a native of Pandukunta village in Mulugu district, at the Cherlapally Prison where he is currently lodged after being addressed for selling ganja in Maharashtra and Hyderabad.
Adilabad: A notorious ganja smuggler was arrested for allegedly murdering a degree student a few days back. He was produced before pressmen here on Tuesday.
