The State government on Saturday ordered a major reshuffle in the police department, transferring and posting 20 IPS officers across Telangana. Several key commissionerate and traffic wing changes were made, including new appointments in Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Malkajgiri commissionerates
The IG spoke to Prameed Goud (36) maintaining physical distance and enquired about his recovery at the latter's residence at Vasavi Nagar in Gajwel town.
The IG, accompanied by Ramagundam Police Commissioner V Satyanarayana, visited various parts of Peddapalli town including the main road as well as vegetable market area to monitor the situation

The transfer orders were issued on Thursday night. Nizamabad Two town SI P. Prabhakar was transferred to the Bheemgal police station, D. Srinath was transferred to the Two town PS of Nizamabad city
