The Taliban has come out in support of Elon Musk-run Twitter over Mark Zuckerberg-run Threads on Instagram, saying other platforms cannot replace the original micro-blogging platform.
The invitation for the Android beta programme says that "certain data on your use of the app will be collected and shared with the developer to help improve the app."
This post of Mark Zuckerberg came in a few hours after his company Meta unveiled 'Threads' a new app designed to directly compete with Elon Musk's Twitter.
Alessandro Paluzzi, a developer who digs into app code to expose unreleased features, tweeted that Meta's Twitter-like app had been released into the Google Play store, reports The Verge.
Musk had earlier tweeted that he would be "up for a cage match" with Zuckerberg, to which the latter posted a screenshot of the Tesla CEO's tweet with the caption "send me location".
