Soon after he arrived from Jaipur and landed at the Mumbai Airport on Tuesday, he was detained for questioning by the NCB Mumbai Zonal Unit and placed under arrest early the next day.
The charge sheet, to be filed before a Mumbai Special Court, follow two cases registered by the NCB after an intimation from the Enforcement Directorate, which was probing the financial angles in Sushant's death on June 14 last year.
Over the years, the outlet became a rage among the people, attracting top film stars, businessmen, politicians, and other celebs who thronged there for his lip-smacking post-meal munchies.
According to the court order, Rhea and Showik have to mark their attendance at the NCB office on the first Monday of every month. The siblings left the office after performing the routine procedure.
In their bail pleas, Singh and Limbachiya sought to be released saying they do not have any criminal antecedents and hence there is no question of them absconding.
A single-judge bench of Justice Sarang Kotwal also rejected the bail pleas of alleged drug peddler Abdul Basit Parihar and granted bail to Rhea's associate Samuel Miranda and Rajput's personal staff Dipesh Sawant.
