This is the first major talks between the Prime Minister and the Chief Ministers of all states after the Indian Armed Forces successfully carried out Operation Sindoor, dismantling nine terrorists camps and their training centres in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir earlier this month avenging the recent horrific Pahalgam terror attack.
The consortium, titled ‘Let’s Fix Our Food’ and led by NIN, recommended additional health tax of 20 percent to 30 percent on sweets and confectionaries, health tax of 32 percent on SSBs and HFSS. The group recently submitted its report to ICMR and NITI Aayog.
Apart from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh is the only other State to get appreciated for its efforts for conducting skill census in January this year, to improve skilling and employability of students.
