The Punjagutta police have booked a case against the manager and staff of a private bank for allegedly embezzlement of funds to the tune of about Rs 6 crore from the account of a Non-Resident Indian (NRI).

Five individuals, including the father of the victim’s ex-wife, have been arrested in connection with the case. The crime was motivated by strained relations between the two NRI families. The injured NRI is reported to be out of danger.

The man was identified as Akula Venkatesh, a native of Bapatla in Andhra Pradesh and currently working for a private firm in Kuwait. 

According to the police, the dancer had posted her details on the site seeking a suitable alliance.

Mohammed Abdul Lateef, known as Abu Faisal on social media, a resident of Barkas working in Bahrain, was allegedly involved in hate speech.
