The Balachelimi National Children’s Story Awards–2025 were presented in Hyderabad, honouring young writers from across India. A total of 36 winners were selected in three categories celebrating creativity and contributions to children’s literature.
The Balachelimi Library organizers shared their experiences, while Garipalli Ashok Kumar, State Convener of Balachelimi Libraries, conducted the program.
Students who took part in the workshop came up with tree and animal puppets and also planted saplings and took pledges to protect the forests and save the planet’s wealth
Renowned Dutch puppetry artist Frans Hackemers was the resource person for the workshop, which was attended by students from Oxford Grammar School, JBRAC and other nearby schools
