Shivaram Rathod, who had allegedly cheated Pravallika, a student who eventually slipped into depression and died by suicide at a hostel in Ashoknagar, Chikkadpally, last Friday, surrendered before the court.
Assuring to fulfill the government job dreams of the unemployed youth, Rama Rao said the State government took the initiative to fill up 2.30 lakh government job vacancies during the last nine and half years.
Pravallika, who was preparing for government job recruitment exams died by suicide at a hostel at Ashoknagar in the city on Friday night after her relationship with her friend Shivaram Rathod, went sour.
