Six people lost their lives in separate accidents in the erstwhile Warangal district in two days. In the first accident, two siblings were killed.

Ramanamma, who was riding pillion came under the front tyre of the bus and died on the spot. The others survived with minor injuries.

The incident took place when the labourers were returning home at Sitaram Nagar in Huzurnagar after completion of paddy transplantation work at Sitarampuram

The deceased was identified as Pothunuri Srinivas (50) and the injured are his daughter and son in an accident at NH 163
