President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Hyderabad on Wednesday for her annual Southern Sojourn. She was welcomed at Hakimpet Air Force Station by Governor Jishnu Dev Varma and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka.
Rashtrapati Nilayam in Bolarum will remain closed for public visits from December 11 to 25 as President Droupadi Murmu arrives for her annual southern sojourn. Authorities are preparing the premises, deploying animal catchers and taking up sanitation activities
President Droupadi Murmu will arrive in Hyderabad in December for her week-long winter southern sojourn at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Bolarum, Secunderabad. The Telangana government has received a tentative schedule from Rashtrapati Bhavan confirming the visit.
The President was accorded a grand welcome at the Begumpet Airport in the evening by Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Seethakka and D Sridhar Babu and senior officials.
