As Karma completes 40 years, Anil Kapoor recalled working with legendary actor Dilip Kumar and director Subhash Ghai, describing the experience as “intimidating and inspiring”. He also celebrated the 1986 blockbuster's enduring popularity and musical legacy.
In his latest Instagram post, Ghai expressed his commitment to delivering unique and engaging narratives that will bring a new wave of excitement to the industry, aiming to redefine the cinematic experience for viewers.
Talking about the film, which will be screened at the Red Lorry Film Festival, the filmmaker told IANS: “‘Karz’ has always been returning to me year on year through young kids, youth in general and young film makers because of its musical narrative, story plot and performances. It is still a prime film in our library of 42 films in Mukta arts. It's always as new as today.”
