Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice J. Sreenivas Rao has directed that notices issued by the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar to Kavuri Hills residents regarding alleged encroachments on the Full Tank Level (FTL) limits of Durgam Cheruvu be treated as show cause notices.
