Ratnakumari (43), died after she was administered an injection by a Registered Medical Practitioner in Jampangawai village of Tadvai mandal of the district on Monday.

Alluri Laxmi (45), died when she accidentally fell in an agriculture well while drawing water from it at Bogudaguda village on Monday

The deceased woman was identified as Ammulu, 30, while her injured brother was identified as Reddy Prakash.

According to the police, the two had gone for a regular checkup at a private hospital in Hyderguda and were returning home around 10 am when the mishap occurred.

The deceased was identified as Nimmathota Satyavati, a resident of Neredmet in Secunderabad

The woman got trapped when the toilet wall collapsed around 7.40 am behind Naaz Hotel in Kurla-West, following which fire brigade, police and civic personnel rushed to the spot.
