Tanks and culverts suffer breaches in Medak after heavy rains

Heavy rains lashed medak on sunday night, breaching tanks and culverts, disrupting traffic, and cutting road connectivity. multiple water bodies overflowed, causing fresh trouble as pothula boguda culvert collapsed and mothuku kunta tank breached again.

Medak: Heavy rains on Sunday night caused breaches to several tanks and culverts across the erstwhile Medak district.

Traffic was disrupted after a culvert at Pothula Boguda in Shivvampet mandal gave way. The Mothuku Kunta, a minor irrigation tank at Khajipet in Narsapur mandal, breached for the second time this season.
