Telangana announces degree special phase admissions, deets inside
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has announced the DOST 2025 special phase counselling schedule. Registrations and web options will be open from July 25 to 31. Seat allotment is scheduled for August 3, with online self-reporting required by August 6.
Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education and Commissionerate of Collegiate Education on Thursday released the Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) 2025 special phase counselling schedule, with registrations and web options open from July 25 to 31.
As per the schedule, certificate verification for candidates claiming degree admission under special category – PH, CAP, NCC, Sports or Extracurricular Activities – is scheduled for July 31.
Fresh candidates and students who earlier registered on DOST but could not secure a seat are eligible for special phase admission. However, students who confirmed their seat with college confirmation OTP at respective colleges are not eligible.
Seats will be allotted on August 3 and students must self-report online between August 3 and 6. Students who complete self-report online must report to the respective colleges between August 4 and 6.
Spot admissions in private aided and unaided degree colleges are scheduled for August 11 and 12. Both local and non-local students are eligible for spot admissions. However, they will not be eligible for scholarships.
