Karimnagar: AICC secretary Vamshi Chand Reddy has warned of suspending party leaders, who do not participate work actively in the party’s yearlong programme ‘Jai Bapu, Jai Bheem, Jai Samvidhan’.
Speaking at a preparatory meeting for the programme at the DCC office here on Monday, Reddy said it was a yearlong padayatra that would touch each and every house, ward, village and mandal across the country.
Each and every leader should play an active role in the programme. If anybody failed to take part in the programme, they would be served show cause notices and suspended from the party if their reply was not reasonable.
He asked DCC president Kavvampally Satynarayana and Karimnagar town president Komatireddy Narender Reddy to issue notices to mandal and division presidents who did not attend the preparatory meeting and take action if their reply was not acceptable.
This was the message that AICC Telangana affairs in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan and TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud wanted to convey to the party cadre, he informed.
