Telangana: Hundi collection of Bhadradri temple at Rs 1.08 crore

Bhadrachalam: The counting of hundi collections of Sri Bhadradri Sita Ramachandra Swamy Temple here took place on Thursday. The temple earned Rs 1.08 crore in the form of offerings by devotees during the 56 days.
A total of 46 US dollars, 20 Australian dollars and 50 Pakistani rupees were among the currency offered by the devotees, informed the temple EO, B Balaji. In addition to that 50 grams gold and 820 grams silver were also offered by devotees. The last hundi counting took place on January 28 and the earning stood at Rs 1.35 crore for a period of 80 days.
