VYUHA-2025 begins at SR University’s School of Business in Warangal on Tuesday.
Hanamkonda: A two-day annual management fest ‘VYUHA-2025’ began at SR University’s School of Business here on Tuesday. Chancellor and founder of SR University A Varadha Reddy inaugurated the fest.
Addressing the gathering, he said the university was committed to fostering an environment of learning, innovation and leadership. The event was aimed to empower students to think strategically and embrace entrepreneurial challenges, he said.
Lead Bid Management at RPL India Services Shiva Bhaskar, who delivered the keynote address, urged students to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset rather than merely functioning as managers. He explained the significance of ownership and adaptability as essential traits for future leaders.
Highlighting the impact of AI on industries, he encouraged students to embrace digital transformation, citing examples from healthcare, finance, retail, and logistics, where AI is revolutionising business operations. Continuous learning, adapting to market trends and leveraging technology to drive innovation were the key to success, he noted.
The university Vice Chancellor Prof Deepak Garg lauded the entrepreneurial spirit of the students and faculty who organised the event with the support of corporate sponsors. Stressing on the importance of evolving from traditional management education to technology-driven business strategies, he advocated the integration of AI and emerging technologies into management curricula.
Convener of VYUHA Dr R. Ramesh said that over 215 participants from various colleges were taking part in the event. Dean of the School of Business Dr N Suman Kumar said SR University was the only private institution in the region ranked among India’s top 100 universities.
