Khammam: The body of Congress worker, Nunna Ravi (38), who went missing in Nagarjuna Sagar Project (NSP) canal on the outskirts of Khammam city on Wednesday, was fished out on Thursday.
The body was found at the canal gates at Venkatayapalem. It was shifted to District Hospital for postmortem, police said.
Ravi, who hails from Koyachelaka in the district, was personal assistant to former Union Minister Renuka Chowdary in Khammam.
