Karimnagar: MLC K Kavitha participated in brahmostavam held in Venkateshwaraswamy temple in Karimnagar on Friday.
Kavitha, who was here to attend two marriages in Karimnagar town, visited Venkateshwaraswamy temple near vegetable market and had darshan of the presiding deity. BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar and Karimnagar Mayor Y Sunil Rao accompanied the MLC.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavitha said she was happy to visit the shrine and having darshan of lord Venkateshwaraswamy during the time of brahmostavams. She appreciated Kamalakar and Sunil Rao for conducting the brahmostavams on a grand scale by decorating Madavidulu beautifully.
