Having lost Rs 3 lakh on a betting app, Akash, 25, committed suicide by consumed pesticide in Akula Konduru village of Nizamabad rural mandal on Tuesday.

Akash had been struggling with a betting addiction for the past four months. His grieving wife and a five-month-old son had become the sufferers of his addiction.
