Telangana Postal dept to launch ’24 Speed Post’ on March 17

Hyderabad: The Telangana Postal Circle will launch the ’24 Speed Post’ initiative, which aims to provide next-day delivery service for urgent and time-sensitive consignments, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
In the first phase, the service will be available across Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Bengaluru.
The service will also feature OTP-based secure delivery, end-to-end tracking with SMS alerts, Book Now, Pay Later (BNPL) facility for business customers, free pickup for bulk bookings, Application Programming Interface (API) integration and centralised billing, along with a money-back guarantee in case of delay, further strengthening India Post’s premium express delivery capabilities, according to an official release issued by the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Hyderabad City Division, A Subrahmanyam on Monday.
