TG POLYCET 2026 counselling schedule released
The Telangana Technical Education Department has released the TG POLYCET 2026 admission schedule. First phase counselling begins May 27, with registration from May 21. Seat allotments will be announced by June 6, while academic sessions are set to start on June 9
Hyderabad: The Technical Education Department on Monday released the Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TG POLYCET) 2026 admission schedule, with the first phase counselling commencing May 27.
As per the schedule, online registration and slot booking for certificate verification is scheduled from May 21 to 31, followed by certificate verification from May 29 to June 1. Web options will be available from May 29 to June 3 and provisional seat allotment is on or before June 6. Students who received seat allotment have to pay the fee and self-report online through the website between June 6 and 9.
Candidates have to report at the allotted college between June 8 and 9, and academic session will commence on June 9, with orientation scheduled on June 9 and 10.
The final phase registration and slot booking for certificate verification is on June 15 and certificate verification is on June 16. Web options can be exercised on June 16 and 17 and provisional seat allotment is on or before June 20. Fee payment and self-reporting online should be completed between June 20 and 22. Students should report at the allotted college between June 22 and 23.
Web options for centralised internal sliding (within same college but different branch) can be exercised on June 27 and 28. Fee reimbursement is extended to eligible candidates who slide through centralised internal sliding. Seat will be allotted on or before June 30 and candidates have to new branch within the same college on July 1.
Guidelines for spot admissions to government and private polytechnics will be placed on the website https://tgpolycet.nic.in/ on July 1 and deadline to complete spot admissions is July 8.
