Hyderabad: The All American Diner, one of New Delhi’s well-known restaurant concepts, will make its Hyderabad debut on September 23 at The Loft, RMZ Nexity, HITEC City, bringing its take on classic American diner culture to the city.
The restaurant first opened in New Delhi in 2001 and developed a cult following over more than two decades. It closed in 2023 to be recast in a new avatar and is now expanding to multiple cities across India. Hyderabad will host the first outlet in this expansion. The diner will join EHV International’s recently launched restaurants Fireback, Barback and Hosa at The Loft.
The restaurant is designed as an ode to the chrome-and-checkerboard diners of 1960s America. Its all-day menu includes breakfast favourites such as pancakes, waffles and sunrise skillets, as well as hot dogs, burgers, Old Bay garlic shrimp and barbecued baby back ribs. Desserts include pecan pie, New York cheesecake and banana split.
The beverage offering includes classic milkshakes, smoothies, malts and indulgent “crazy shakes”. Head of Bars Varun Sharma has created cocktails such as the Creamsicle Highball and Mixed Berry Cheesecake Martini, while classics including the Mint Julep and Manhattan will also be available, along with frozen Margaritas.

Executive Chef Sumit Sawardekar leads the culinary team under the creative and operational oversight of Chef Dhiraj Dargan, who has spent two decades with EHV International and began his career as a management trainee at The All American Diner in New Delhi.
The interiors feature black-and-white checkerboard flooring, cherry-red vinyl booths and chrome accents. A limited-edition Elvis Wurlitzer jukebox and vintage tin and enamel plaques collected from across the US add to the retro diner atmosphere.
Architectural and design services have been provided by Incubis Consultants, with project management overseen by EHV International’s Director of Development Vikas Bhasin.
Cost for two: Rs 1,500 plus applicable taxes and charges, for food only.
