Two-day inter-Carmel sports meet begins in Mancherial
Students from seven schools located in Mancherial, Jagtial, and Warangal districts are taking part in the meet
Mancherial: A two-day 11th inter-Carmel sports meet began at Gudipet village in Hajipur mandal on Friday. Carmel schools Father Josh was the chief guest for the event, while TSSP 13th battalion-Gudipet commandant P Venkata Ramulu also graced the occasion.
Josh said that Carmel schools were striving to holistically develop students. He stated that sports were an important aspect of student life. He told the participants to treat both victory and defeat equally. He said participating in sports could help the students become physically and mentally strong.
Students from seven schools located in Mancherial, Jagtial, and Warangal districts were taking part in the meet. Winners would be presented with the championship of the competition.
Principals of the schools including Sister Rincy, Alphy, Lyssal, Lizbeth, Jyothi, and Sarupyi were present.
