Yadadri-Bhongir: Executive Officer of Sri Yadadri Lakshminarsimha Swamy temple N Geetha on Monday said the Uttara Dwara Darshanam would be provided to devotees at Balalayam from 6.49 am on the auspicious Mukkoti Ekadashi on January 13.

Addressing the media here, the Executive Officer said Uttara Dwara Darhanam would be open for three hours time. As large number of devotees are expected to throng the temple that day, arrangements would be made at Yadadri to avoid any inconvenience to the people.

She said that Andhyanostvams would also be held at Yadadri from January 13 to 18. Sudarshana Narasimha Homam and Laksha Pushparchana would not be conducted at Balalayaram during these six days.

She said the hill shrine premises and queue-lines would be sanitised by the temple staff as per COVID-19 protocal. The devotees must water face mask and maintain social distance at the temple.

Keeping in mind the large crowd expected on January 1, Balalayam would be opened at 3 am and darshan for devotees will start at 5.15 am after Suprabhatha Seva and Pushparchana by the temple priests.

Geetha said that Balalayam would be decked up in the traditional way with flowers and mango leaves on the auspicious days. Prasadam counters would be kept open from 9 am to 10 pm. About 60,000 laddus and the required pulihora parasadam would be made available on January 1. Yadadri temple main priest Sri Lakshmi Narasimhacharyulu was also present.
