Venu Donepudi launches new Telugu film under Chitralayam banner

Chitralayam Studios launched its third production, marking Guni Manchikanti’s directorial debut. Featuring actors like Tinu Anand and Upendra, the film introduces Nepal's Samruddhi. The muhurat saw industry veterans in attendance. Shooting is planned in exotic locations

Hyderabad: A new film was launched under the Chitralayam Studios banner as Production No. 3, with Venu Donepudi as the producer. The film was launched in the presence of eminent personalities from the industry. This film marks the directorial debut of Guni Manchikanti. The main cast includes Tinu Anand, Upendra, George Marian, Akshay, Vishnu, Karthikeya, Aastha, Malavika, and others. The grand launch event took place on Monday.

The event was attended by special guests including Ramesh Prasad Akkineni, Aadi Sheshagiri Rao Ghattamaneni, KS Ramarao, Director P Mahesh Babu, KL Narayana, Tammareddy Bhardwaj, Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, B Gopal, Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, Madhavapeddy Suresh, Jonnavittula Ramalingeswararao, among others.

For the muhurat scene, Ramesh Prasad Akkineni handed over the script, and Aadi Sheshagiri Rao gave the clap. KS Ramarao switched on the camera, and Mahesh Babu directed the first shot. This film introduces Samruddhi, a member of the royal family of Nepal, to the Telugu film industry. The film is scheduled to be shot in exotic locations.
