Warangal: S Kiran, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, Warangal (KITSW), was awarded PhD degree by the Kalinga University, Raipur.
In a press note here on Wednesday, KITSW, Principal Prof K Ashoka Reddy said that S Kiran had submitted his PhD thesis titled “Development of Network using Internet of Things (IoT) for Wireless and Actuator”. He did his research work under the supervision of Prof Gynanendra Gupta of the Kalinga University. During his doctoral work, he has published SCI, Web of Science and Scopus indexed research papers on Secure Network Connectivity using the IoT that had a wide range of applications in several areas such as healthcare, surveillance, education, medical, etc.
Kiran has designed novel enhanced network connectivity with deep learning enabled privacy preserving mechanism (ENC-DLPPM) model to achieve network connectivity and security in cluster based IoT networks.
KITSW Secretary and Correspondent V Lakshmikantha Rao, Treasurer P Narayana Reddy, Prof and HoD of CSE, Dr V Shankar, Administrative Officer (AO) Dr P Ramesh Reddy, Staff Club president and R&D Dean Prof P Niranjan, Deans, Associate Professor of Chemistry and PRO Dr D Prabhakara Chary and others have congratulated him on being awarded a PhD degree.
