Woman and daughter missing after family dispute in Peddapalli
A woman and her mentally challenged daughter went missing from Mirzampet village in Kalvasrirampur mandal, Peddapalli district. The disappearance reportedly followed a heated argument between the woman and her husband, who locked himself inside their house with a pesticide bottle.
Peddapalli: A woman and her daughter went missing in Mirzampet of Kalvasrirampur mandal. Ramidi Laxmi along with her mentally challenged daughter Ramidi Swetha left their house at around 2 am on Tuesday and did not return.
Family disputes are said to be the reason for the disappearance of the mother and daughter
According to villagers, Laxmi has disputes with her husband Venkat Reddy. The couple also had an argument on Monday night. Enraged after the argument, Venkat Reddy went inside the house with a pesticide bottle and locked the door from inside.
As he had not opened the door for a long time, Laxmi along with her daughter left the house, it is learnt. Based on the complaint from the family members, police registered a case and began searching for the mother and daughter.
