Hyderabad: Overlooking Hussain Sagar, Accha Telugu Kitchen & Bar has carved a niche as Hyderabad’s first lake-view Telugu kitchen and bar. The setting — marked by terra cotta tones, framed handloom textiles and Cheriyal-inspired murals — pays homage to regional artistry while offering expansive views of the water.

At the heart of the restaurant’s identity is Chef Sukesh Kale, whose culinary direction shapes the menu’s emphasis on authenticity and depth of flavour. Known for his disciplined approach to ingredients and technique, the chef brings a refined understanding of traditional cooking methods to Telugu cuisine, ensuring that each preparation retains its cultural integrity while appealing to contemporary diners.


Chef Sukesh’s broader culinary journey — marked by innovation, research and a commitment to Indian food traditions — informs the restaurant’s philosophy.
