BRS leaders express grief over demise of Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath

Hyderabad: The sudden demise of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader and Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath has left the political leaders across all parties and his supporters in deep sorrow. His death was condoled by several of them.
BRS senior leader and former MP Boinpally Vinod Kumar expressed profound grief, stating that Gopinath’s death is an irreparable loss to both the BRS party and the people of Telangana.
“Maganti Gopinath’s passing is a great tragedy. His contributions to public service were immense, and his loss will be deeply felt,” Kumar said, extending heartfelt condolences to Gopinath’s family.
Former Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, currently on a tour in Australia, also conveyed his deep sorrow. “I pray that Gopinath’s soul rests in peace, and I extend my condolences to his family during this difficult time,” Yadav stated.
Rajya Sabha MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra mourned the untimely demise, highlighting Gopinath’s exemplary service as a three-time MLA. “His dedication to the people of Jubilee Hills and his leadership in the BRS will always be remembered. His loss is a significant blow to the party,” Ravichandra said, offering prayers for Gopinath’s soul and strength for his family.
Telangana Legislative Council Deputy Chairman Dr Banda Prakash expressed shock and sorrow, recalling Gopinath’s relentless efforts toward the development of Jubilee Hills. “His work as a three-time MLA leaves an indelible mark. This is an irreplaceable loss for the BRS,” Prakash noted, extending sympathies to Gopinath’s family and supporters.
Former Minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy also paid tributes, praying for peace for Gopinath’s soul and courage for his grieving family. Former MP Nama Nageswara Rao, deeply moved, described Gopinath as a close friend and a remarkable leader who rose through the ranks with dedication. “I visited him in the hospital, hoping for his recovery, but this tragic news is heartbreaking. His journey from grassroots to a prominent leader is truly inspiring,” Rao said, praying for strength for Gopinath’s family.
Professor Dasoju Sravan Kumar, in a post on X, expressed his sorrow, stating, “Deeply saddened by the loss of Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath. His dedication to public service and unwavering commitment to BRS will live on. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and followers. May his divine soul rest in peace.”
