Delhi Public School: Fundamentals of judicial system explained

Class XI students of Delhi Public School, Nacharam conducted special events to mark International Day of Justice on July 17. Addressing the students Principal Sunitha Rao said that the school gives equal opportunities to everyone and condemns any form of bias or discrimination right from the primary level.
She urged the students to develop a strong belief system, have a keen eye on societal practices and be responsible citizens. She further added that such events stand as a testimony to the fact that school inculcates ethical practices in students. These optional subjects have provided a wider scope to the students aspiring to take the legal profession. After an educational thought and new word, an exceptional video portraying the notion ‘Justice delayed is Justice denied’ based on the case study of famous ISRO scientist Nambi Narayan caught the rapt attention of the audience. The report restated the belief – justice prevails though delayed.0 A distinctive video rendering invaluable information about various rights available in our legal system, the role of ICC and certain prominent case studies were showcased. These pertinent expressions by the students accentuated the loftiness of the program. Senior vice-principal Nandita Sunkara also spoke.
