Don’t hesitate to take vaccine: Collector Bharati Hollikeri
Bharati said that the spread of the deadly virus could be prevented only if everyone is vaccinated against it.
Mancherial: District Collector Bharati Hollikeri said that everyone above the age of 18 years can take the Covid-19 vaccine, removing apprehensions in the minds of the people.
Speaking after inaugurating a vaccination centre at Kalamadugu village in Jannaram mandal on Friday, Bharati said that the spread of the deadly virus could be prevented only if everyone is vaccinated against it. She requested the public to extend their cooperation to the government by taking two doses of the vaccination. She advised the citizens to practice social distancing, masking and sanitisation.
The IAS officer later inspected the vaccination centre at Dandepalli mandal centre. She stated that everybody could take vaccination and urged them not to be tensed by baseless apprehensions. She opined that the virus could be curtailed by undergoing vaccination at the village-level. She then inspected a government school and checked the records at Kalamadugu village.
