Sangareddy: Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy laid the foundation stone for CC roads and drainage system at ICRISAT Colony and Green Fields Colony in Ameenpur Mandal on Friday.

The works will be taken up with an outlay of Rs 99 lakh.

Saying that providing drinking water, sanitation, installing street lights and laying of roads was the priority of the newly created municipalities –Tellapur-IDA Bollaram and Ameenpur, in the constituency, the MLA said they were working towards improving basic amenities in the newly built colonies in particular. He called upon the residents of his constituency to be part of the development.

Municipal Chairman Tummala Panduranga Reddy, Vice-chariman Narasimha Goud, and others were present.
