Sardar Ravinder Singh and other sikh community leaders have on Thursaday called on the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Hyderabad: Former Mayor of Karimnagar Sardar Ravinder Singh and other sikh community leaders have on Thursday called on the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to represent the issues pertaining to development of Karimnagar and sikh community in general.
The meeting assumed significance as Ravinder Singh had earlier contested as an independent candidate in the recently concluded MLC polls after quitting the ruling TRS. He had earlier served as the Mayor of Karimnagar representing the TRS.
The Chief Minister who gave them a patient hearing to the issues highlighted assured them that solutions could be worked out to all issues sortly. Several other sikh community leaders and others were present in the delegation led by Ravinder Singh, according to a press release.
