Hyderabad: RoundSqr, a digital transformation solution provider headquartered in Hyderabad, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Tiruchirappalli, to further the practice of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in the country and create a more extensive knowledge/skill base in digital transformation space.
The scope of the MoU includes knowledge participation and sharing, co-creation of new knowledge, and developing joint projects.
On this occasion, Ram Manjeri, chief revenue officer, RoundSqr, commented, through this association, the company intends to leverage the depth of experience that BIM faculty has in different verticals.
He added, “As we speak, our senior team is running an AI/ML credit course for second year BIM students. This association is a two-way street. We support the students with mentorship, coaching, and career opportunities, while we tap into BIM for its rich domain knowledge (especially banking and manufacturing) and connections.”
Dr Asit K Barma, director, BIM, added, BIM’s programme architecture ensures integration of new technology and sustainable development goals with all the courses across areas.
“We want our students to be future-ready. Our MBA students, doctoral scholars, and MDP participants from corporates will get to learn the industry best practices from experts in RoundSqr who have done that and been there. We also intend to jointly build various proof of concepts with a deep impact on business and society,” Barma added.
