IIT Hyderabad to host three-day techno-cultural fest from Jan 9
The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad will host the 17th edition of its annual techno-cultural festival, Elan and nVision, from January 9. The three-day event is expected to attract nearly 30,000 students from across India.

Sangareddy: The 17th edition of Elan and nVision, the annual techno-cultural festival, will start on January 9 at Indian Institute of Technology of Hyderabad (IIT-H).
The three-day festivities will attract nearly 30,000 students from across the State and other parts of the country. The organisers will conduct various competitions in technical and cultural categories. The winners will be presented cash prizes worth Rs 16 lakh.
Well-known Bollywood playback singer Mohith Chouhan will enthral the audience during the evenings while a host of musical events would be organised during the evenings every day. Anyone can walk into the IIT-H to watch the events.
Meanwhile, the IIT-H will provide accommodation for participants travelling from distant places, subject to prior registration. The event is entirely organised by undergraduate students. For further details, the students can check elan.org.in, the official festival website.
